Wow!
I really can’t believe school starts tomorrow. Where did the summer go? I guess it is true that time flies when you
are having fun.
We have been squeezing in some fun these last days of
summer. We ate pizza and macaroons on a
picnic. We took a little yard sale trip
(more on that Friday). We spent some
time playing on the lake. My daughter
and I have also been doing some back to school shopping. Busy, busy, busy…
I did find time to take some pictures of an old silver tray
I found a couple of weeks ago at a flea market for $3. After a little toothpaste and elbow grease it
shined up nicely, perfect for a few bottles and a cute little flower who’s name
I didn't catch.
Today I am joining Kim Klassen’s Texture Tuesday, my images
are all textured with Kim’s Texture waterfront 18.
Thanks so much for stopping by!!
Have a great week!!
Michelle
The beautiful tones in your photos are stunning...your post brings back great memories of when my daughter was still young enough to be in school. Thanks for helping me to remember some really fond moments. :)
ReplyDeleteLove these Michelle, beautiful from as Kim would say topdown. I was just going to do an arrangement of my bottles like this on a tray because I was inspired by an image I say this past week and now I see yours. So lovely.
ReplyDeleteSubtle pinks and blues... love these, Michelle! Nicely done!
ReplyDeletepretty photos - like your perspective.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed the different shots of your still life. I think the second is my favorite angle.

Gorgeous set of images! I love the from above image. Your tray is a great find!
ReplyDeleteWonderful tray. Just the right thing for the collection of bottles. It is indeed a great little flower. Love the close-up photo of the flower.
ReplyDeleteI love your flea market find and your collection of bottles. That flower is so unusual, too! Great shots and lovely edits!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful images and great post! I don't know whether to be happy or sad...my son likes me just to give him his school clothes $ and he takes care of it. That's kind of good...but not so bonding, right? Hope you enjoyed time with your daughter!
ReplyDeleteWe have back to school clothes shopping next week. Lovely silver tray and great bottles.
ReplyDeleteWow Michelle....so great pictures!!! Love them all!
ReplyDeleteI've never seen a flower like this!
