Life Is A Gift

My tulips were dropping their petals.  The pile of petals still looked beautiful.  While I was taking pictures of them, I thought how fragile all life is and how most days I run through life not giving it a second thought. 

I intend to treat today as the gift it is.  I will tell those I love, I love them.  I will create what is in my heart today, rather than when I find time.  I will be slow to judge, because we are all doing our best.  I will make the most of the gift given me.

Tomorrow I may forget again how precious each day is.  But hopefully something will remind me, and I can begin again.

    Beautiful! This should be printed and framed...love the contrast of the pinks with the white. Life is definitely a gift which should be savored. Each and every moment of it.
