Tiptoe Through The Tulips

How I yearn to tiptoe through the tulips!  For some reason the Tiptoe Through The Tulip song came to mind, and I couldn’t get it out of my mind.  Then I thought how wonderful it would be to tiptoes through the tulips today, if only it were spring.

More snow fell last night making spring seem far away.  We did not get much, but enough for schools  to be closed today.  We have gotten more snow this winter than we have in a long time.  The temperatures rise between snow storms, so there isn't a lot accumulated on the ground.  But today there is enough for sledding!

    I'm LOVING these pretty pink tulips!!! Yes, we have new snow again this morning, and lots of wind! Spring is definitely going to be a welcome thing this year. Beautiful colors!!

    Oh, just lovely! And wouldn't a tip toe through the tulip be just what we need right now? It's snowing here, too. *sigh* It's a nice thought though!

    This is the time of year that really makes me yearn for spring. It's also the time of year that bouquets of tulips jump into my shopping cart in the grocery store! I love the soft pink of these shots.

    Your tulips are so beautiful. Love the pink. Funny, I bought some today also but I choose white. They sure make me hope that spring will be early this year. We are in the deep freeze again.
